I have spent so much time thinking about blogging, whether to blog and what to blog that I finally realised it is time.  I am fortunate to work in the challenging world of NGO's and I would like to share the lives of the children I work with and the people I come into contact with on a daily basis.  As I am new at this I beg your indulgence whilst I find my feet and take you on this journey with me.

There are 150 children in #Greytown Children's Home www.greytownhome.co.za - each an individual and extremely special.  My focus is on the Preschool, post matric and volunteer programs.  

Each program is challenging and exciting and I plan to share some insights with you over time.  Without our willing volunteers from Germany the preschool program would not run and so these volunteers are extremely close to my heart and will always have my undying gratitude.
